More than you'd expect. SKS appliances, engineered hardwood, frameless glass showers, freestanding tubs, and 10 foot ceilings are standard, not upgrades. We build the home the way we'd want to live in it, so you're not paying extra for the things that should already be there.

Every Oak Street home starts with one of our four architectural styles, and we work with you on the selections that shape how it feels day to day. Finishes, fixtures, and color palettes are chosen with you at our design center. Structural changes are handled case by case, so ask us early and we'll walk through what's possible on your lot.

Start with how you actually live. Think about where people gather, how much you cook, whether you need a home office or a guest suite. Then come walk one with us. Square footage on a page only tells you so much, and ten minutes in the space usually answers the question faster than a spec sheet.
